GRASDAKKIE

If you’re interested in having a first hand experience of what our designs feel like, Grasdakkie might be the place for you! Every once in a while the owners decide to rent out this little house on the prairie that makes for the perfect retreat from the busy beaches and center of Belgium’s deluxe coastal town, Knokke.

LOCATION

The house is located in a haven of peace with a view onto the “polders”, yet only 7min from the beach by bike. There are two double bedrooms with a bathroom and one children bedroom with 6 bunk beds and a showerroom, so it can host up to 4 adults and 6 children. The open space is perfect for lovely dinners and slow breakfasts with room for 6 to 8 people.

The terrace offers a 8p dining table and extra chairs are available for bigger groups. The garden is the perfect spot to relax, enjoy the sunset and sip on a drink in a deckchair before having a BBQ.
This amazing house is centrally located between the beach, the city center and the “Zwin” nature reserve of Knokke, all only 5-7 minutes from the house. It's the perfect place for a carefree stay. Cozy weekends guaranteed!

EXPERIENCE
L’ATELIER 35

If you’re interested in having a first hand experience of what our designs feel like, l’Atelier 35 might be the place for you! This project holds a very special place in my heart since it’s my own parisian “pied à terre '' and where I started my first office.

LOCATION

The view above the canopy of the avenue’s plane trees, looking up to the Sacré Coeur, made us instantly fall in love with this space. The kitchen and bathroom can be found within the steel and glass partitions, inspired by the building’s three “ateliers d’artistes” with their amazing steel windows , facing north.

It’s located in the center of Paris, near the square d’Anvers. It’s perfect for lovely memories in the most romantic city of Europe. The apartment has room for 4 guests (1 bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Many restaurants, bars and market stores are nearby in the neighborhood.
